A night out stands on a booking, a contract, an invoice and an advance sheet. Setdesk keeps them in one place for the people who do that work.
What it is
A diary where every booking carries its own contract, invoice, advance sheet and fee, and the promoter opens each from a link with no account. Money is worked out once, per booking and per month: the fee, the commission and what the artist nets. A release goes out as a private page per person and comes back with who played it and what they thought.
Who it is for
A booking agency with a roster and a team, a manager with a few artists, a label with a release going out, and an artist who is their own office, on the free plan. Each works in their own currency, with their own dates and tax on every page.
Where it is made
In South Africa, which is its first market: card payments settle to a South African account, VAT is handled as a South African registration, and the data protection law it answers to is POPIA. Outside South Africa, the plans are sold in US dollars.
