One address, one person
Support, billing, a security report or a request under POPIA: write to the same address and say which it is in the subject line. It reaches a person, not a queue.
Include the name of your workspace if you have one, and for a problem, what you pressed and what happened instead. Leave other people's personal information out of the message.
What to expect
The address reaches a person, not a ticket queue. It is the address of the Information Officer named in the privacy notice, so a request under POPIA lands with the person who answers it.
A billing question can usually be settled from the billing page under Settings, which shows the plan, when it renews and how to cancel; receipts come from Paystack by email. Write when the page does not answer it.
